We have a Taekwondo test coming up this Friday at 5:30 & 6:30 PM for those students who were red-striped in class. More information will be sent home to those students via handout.
No makeup class this Friday because of the Taekwondo Test. All ages makeup class this Saturday at 10 AM.
Black Belt Workout this Sunday 10–11 AM. All students Advanced Brown Belt or higher are welcome.
All students are welcome Monday, September 29th for a Toughness seminar from 7:30 – 9 PM. Bring sparring gear, no uniform required. Free for Advanced Brown Belts and up and $8 for everyone else. Learn and practice how to use positive attitude and the power of decision making to increase your toughness as a martial artist.
The Advanced Board Breaking Seminar is next Friday, October 3rd from 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. You must be Advanced Blue Belt or higher and attended a Basic Board Breaking Seminar to attend. Attending an Advanced Board Breaking Seminar is required before you're eligible to test for Red Belt.
Arnis Seminar and test next Saturday, October 4th. Find the time for the rank you're working on:
- Yellow & Green Belts: 9:30-10:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Blue & Brown Belts: 9:30–11:00 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Testing: 9:30–11:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Non-Testing: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.

Students: check-in with your first & last name at the front desk before class. Parents, please help as needed.
Please come ready to train before your class starts. The Instructors and rest of the class will appreciate not being distracted and you won't miss any of your class! Only students that come to class on time are eligible for one-on-one pre-testing with a Senior Instructor and to receive rank promotions (for that class).
