Taekwondo test this Friday,
for those students who are red-striped in class. 5:45 PM for level 1 students and 6:45 PM for level 2-4 students. Arrive 15-30 minutes early! More information will be sent home via handout.

will be our official Maxx Fitness kickoff party. It wouldn't be a fitting celebration without a fun fitness activity to go along with it! The first ever "Maxx Dash" is a 5 kilometer fun walk•jog•run with multiple interval training stations mixed in along the way. Maxx Dash start time is 8:30 AM! Refreshments and mingle afterwards. Register at the front desk.

we are having a one-week flash sale on sparring gear. All sparring gear is 10% off!
We encourage all youth and teen students to attend at least one summer camp this year.
Camp participants get unique experiences, character development, and growth in their martial arts training.
Arnis weapons are 10% off this month in the Pro Shop.
Pee Wee Kickers
is a once-a-week martial arts class for children ages 5 and under. We have added another Pee Wee Kickers class to our schedule. The new class is every Thursday from 3:00-3:45 PM. In addition, we offer classes on Wednesdays: 9:30-10:15 AM or 3:00-3:45 PM.
We are now teaching Brown belt Arnis requirements in the 3:15 PM Wednesday Arnis class.
This is in addition to the yellow, green and blue Arnis requirements that are currently being taught.

Come join our fun group of adults that train in the morning! Class is held every Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 AM and Fridays from 9:30-10:30 AM.
