Join us for 2 MMA Mounts & Guards Seminars this Monday (tonight) from 7:30-9 PM and Thursday from 8-9:10 PM. Learn and practice Mounted positions to control your partner/opponent on the ground and Guard positions to defend yourself if someone gets on top of you. Wear something comfortable to train in, bring head gear and a mouth guard. The fee is $8 and all are welcome if you’re at least 10 years old. No fee for TMA students that are Advanced Brown Belts and higher.
Teen/adult makeup class this Friday at 7 PM. All ages makeup class this Saturday at 10 AM.
Black Belt workout this Sunday 10-11 AM. Students Advanced Brown Belt and higher are welcome.

- Yellow & Green Belts: 9:30-10:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Blue & Brown Belts: 9:30–11:00 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Testing: 9:30–11:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Non-Testing: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.
There’s a Flexibility Seminar on Monday, February 9th from 7:30–9:00 PM. This seminar leads you through a series of poses and stretches that you can incorporate into your own workouts to increase flexibility. The fee is $8 and all are welcome. Advanced Brown belts and higher get in for free! No uniform is required. Taught by YDJN Nickie Alexander, a registered Yoga teacher.
The Advanced Board Breaking Seminar is Friday, February 13th from 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. You must be Advanced Blue Belt or higher and attended a Basic Board Breaking Seminar to attend. Attending an Advanced Board Breaking Seminar is required before you’re eligible to test for Red Belt.

Your guests are invited to participate in our Martial Arts classes next week for our special promotion, “Friends & Family Free Trial Week”. Whatever rank you are or level of class that you take, your guests are welcome. Each guest will receive a special coupon for if they decide they'd like to join. There is no pressure or obligation to join. All students that bring a guest that’s not already a TMA student will receive one entry into our raffle. There is no limit on how many entries you can have, bring as many guests as you want. $100 Grand Prize for the raffle.
We’re now selling raffle tickets at the front desk that benefit TMA scholarships. One item up for grabs is this framed and autographed Marshawn Lynch Beast mode run 16 x 18 inch photo with certificate of authenticity. We’ll be announcing the winner March 28th at the Annual Championships. You do not have to be present to win. Raffle tickets are $3/each or $10/4 tickets. More items will be announced soon. If you have something you'd like to donate to be raffled off, please contact us.
