Tuesday, January 24th: Super Pilates 9:30 AM

 

We're hosting a Yoga class as a fundraiser for the SAMMI Awards Foundation this Thursday at 10 AM.

This is a gentle Yoga class suitable for beginners. The class will comprise of alignment- based basic yoga poses with short meditations at the beginning and end of the class. Suggested Donation: $12 What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga block and a strap (optional). All proceeds from these classes will go to benefit the SAMMI Awards Foundation, which celebrates and promotes community involvement in Sammamish

 

Taekwondo test this Friday for those students who are red-striped in class.

The test for white, advanced white and yellow belts starts at 6 PM. The test for advanced yellow belts and higher starts at 7 PM. More information will be sent home via handout.

 

No makeup class this Friday because of the Taekwondo Test.

 

All ages makeup class this Saturday

at 10 AM and 11 AM. Choose one, or attend both.

 

Black Belt Workout this Sunday

from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM

 

The Board Breaking Seminar has been rescheduled for Friday, February 3rd from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Students under the age of 18 need permission from a parent and black belt instructor to attend. Not appropriate for some smaller-bodied students.

 

Arnis Seminar and test

next Saturday, February 4th. Find the correct time for the rank you're working on:

• Yellow & Green Belts: 9:30-10:30 AM (Test to Follow)
  
• Blue & Brown Belts: 9:30–11:00 AM (Test to Follow)
  
• Red & Black Testing Group: 9:30–11:30 AM (Test to Follow)
  
• Red & Black Non-Testing Group: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.
