All students working on Arnis Black Belt and higher are invited to a special Arnis class at the Pine Lake ball fields this Wednesday from 7:15-8:45 PM. Bring your Arnis weapons, no uniform is needed. This event takes the place of the regularly scheduled BigDog class.
All ages makeup class this Friday at 7 PM. No makeup class this Saturday because of the Arnis Seminar.

- Yellow & Green Belts: 9:30-10:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Blue Belts & Brown Belts: 9:30–11:00 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Testing: 9:30–11:30 AM (Test to Follow)
- Red & Black Belts Non-Testing: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM
Arnis Half Day camp will be held Monday, August 4th through Friday, August 8th from 9 AM-12:15 PM. Drop in any day(s) or attend the whole week for a discounted price. There's a test on Friday, for those that are ready.

In sparring, light contact with control to the body or the headgear is permitted. Face contact is never permitted. Students must wear protective gear at all times when sparring - head gear, hand and foot pads, mouth guard, groin protector (for males).
