We have a Taekwondo test coming up next Friday, March 20th at 5:30 & 6:30 PM for those students who are red-striped in class. More information will be sent home to those students via handout.
No makeup class Friday because of the Taekwondo Test. All ages makeup class this Saturday at 10 AM.

Black Belt workout this Sunday 10-11 AM. Students Advanced Brown Belt and higher are welcome.
All students Advanced Brown Belt and higher are welcome to join us for a night of free sparring, point sparring and street fighting on Monday, March 23rd from 7:30-9 PM. Bring sparring gear, no uniform required and there’s no fee. Get extra sparring practice during the week of the Championships.
Sign up for our Spring Break Arnis Mini Camp April 7th-9th from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM. There’s an Arnis test for those that are ready during the last day of camp. Attend any day(s) or all 3 days for a discounted rate.
This is the last week to get the early registration price for our biggest event of the year, the Annual SBN Thomas Zoppi Championships, takes place on March 28 at Skyline High School. This Tournament features student competition in sparring and form with our 3 other associated Martial Arts Schools. We hope all students will participate!

Buy raffle tickets at the front desk to benefit TMA scholarships. Up for grabs is a framed, autographed Marshawn Lynch photo with certificate of authenticity. We’ll be announcing the winner will be announced at the Annual Championships. You don’t have to be present to win. Raffle tickets are $3 or $10/4 tickets. If you have something you'd like to donate to be raffled off, please contact us.

Owned by mother-son-daughter team Laurel, Skyler, and Leah Zoppi who have combined for over 90 years of martial arts experience. Skyler and Laurel are local Sammamish residents who have received the SAMMI business award for generously using their business resources to support community causes.
