Come to a great partner/couples core workout
this Tuesday, Valentine's Day at 7:30 PM. You can come alone and pair up with the friend of your choice, or bring a friend or spouse with you! The cost is one punch on your fitness punch card or pay a $15 drop in fee.
Teen and adult makeup class
this Friday at 7 PM.
Super Kickboxing class
this Saturday from 8-9:30 AM. That's an additional half hour for no extra fee.
Youth makeup class
this Saturday at 10 AM.

Sign up for Presidents Day Arnis Camp
from 9:30AM-noon next Monday, February 20th. There will be a test towards the end of camp for those that are ready.

Saturday, March 24th is the day of our School Championships. It's competition in form and sparring plus exciting martial arts demonstrations.
Usually TMA Closes on Presidents Day,
but this year we will be staying open as a snow make-up day on Monday, February 20th.

We are taking orders for TMA sweatshirts at the front desk.
Choose your style (hooded, crewneck, etc.), color, design (Regular TMA logo or 30th anniversary logo) and size. The next sweatshirt order will be in the fall, so sign up soon.

Owned by mother-son-daughter team Laurel, Skyler, and Leah Zoppi who have combined for over 90 years of martial arts experience. Skyler and Laurel are local Sammamish residents who have received the SAMMI business award for generously using their business resources to support community causes.
